Update: Our 6th annual #showusyourbum photo/video contest voting came to a close over Labor Day weekend. Check out the big money winners and all the pictures that made us really happy this summer here.
From day one we’ve had this running challenge with our friends to see who can tag and snag the craziest or coolest or most hilarious photo using our logo, stickers or products. We eventually made an actual contest out of it and this summer we’re gonna make it rain (don’t worry, not literally) harder than ever.

The contest kicks off on Memorial Day (May 28th) and ends on Labor Day (September 3rd). Every Monday we’ll select weekly winner(s) of our favorite #ShowUsYourBum photo and/or video posted on Instagram. All weekly winners will receive a prize pack, be featured on our website and @SunBum Instagram and be automatically placed in the finals.
At the end, all weekly winners will be voted on by YOU, our social media friends. That’s right, you decide who takes home all the money.
1st place $3,000 USD
2nd place $2,000 USD
3rd place $1,000 USD
So… get creative, get your friends, get the dog, get the kids and get busy. Don’t cost nothin’, just post your photos and/or videos on Instagram using #ShowUsYourBum #TrustTheBum and @SunBum.
Spread the love… and stickers (email sticker requests to stickers@trustthebum.com),

PS. Play nice and don’t get hurt (legal made us say that).

She’s only 14, but none of this is new to her. Not collecting medals. Not making grown-ass pro athletes jealous. Not the “did you see that?!” surprised faces in the crowd at global competitions like the 2019 USASA national championships in Colorado and last year’s Stab High Japan.
It started with lost bags and apparently the worst conditions in years, but we find Side Hits galore, some fun country hits, and find our rhythm with Parker Szumowski and Arthur Longo leading the charge. Dark, snow-ridden storm clouds are gathering over the steppes of Uzbekistan, and we are very much ready and waiting for it.
Navigating tropical surf trips in 2025 isn’t the easiest of affairs. It turns out that surfers really are everywhere. The search for tropical isolation is eternal.
