Free Shipping on Orders over $30 applies to orders shipping within the contiguous USA via UPS Ground or Surepost service. All orders to the noncontiguous USA are charged a flat shipping rate of $15.99.
Orders placed online will be uploaded to our warehouse for fulfillment at midnight each day. Your order (if placed before midnight) will ship from our Orlando warehouse within 2 business days and will ship via UPS Ground/Surepost or USPS service, depending on the size and weight of your order and the shipping address you’ve provided. Due to stringent standards on the expediting of spray sunscreens and the high cost of air shipping methods – we DO NOT offer expedited shipping services. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date that requires expediting, we do apologize, but we cannot accommodate these requests.
With UPS Surepost service your package will be delivered to your local post office by UPS and then final delivery to your destination address will be made by the USPS. Once the package changes hands from UPS to USPS, a USPS tracking number is assigned and can be found on the UPS tracking site. Typical transit time for orders shipped via Surepost is 7 days.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday with the exception of USA federal holidays.
Our continuous spray products (SPF, Dry Shampoo, After Sun as well as our Baby Bum Hand Sanitizer) can only be shipped via UPS Ground throughout contiguous USA but cannot be shipped to PO boxes, or addresses in Hawaii or Alaska due to federal regulations.
We hope you love every Sun Bum product, but we understand that everyone’s taste is a little different.
For reasons of health and safety we cannot process returns or exchanges on our products. For a replacement or refund please email firstname.lastname@example.org with order number, email you used to purchase, and reason for request.
If you are unhappy with a product purchased at one of our awesome retailers, you must return the item to their store for exchange or replacement. Please contact the retailer directly with your proof of purchase as we are not able to issue a refund or exchange.
