- All orders over $30 within the contiguous USA qualify for free standard shipping
- All orders in the noncontiguous USA will be charged a flat shipping rate of $15.99.
- We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date that requires expediting, we do apologize, but we cannot accommodate these requests.
- With UPS Surepost service your package will be delivered to your local post office by UPS and then final delivery to your destination address will be made by the USPS. Once the package changes hands from UPS to USPS, a USPS tracking number is assigned and can be found on the UPS tracking site. Typical transit time for orders shipped via Surepost is 7 days.
- Orders ship from our Orlando warehouse Monday through Friday with the exception of USA holidays.
- Our continuous spray products (Sunscreen Sprays, Hand Sanitizers, etc.) cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous USA or to PO boxes due to federal regulations.
- We do not ship internationally, but please email email@example.com to see if our products have hit your stores yet!
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
We hope you love every Sun Bum product, but we understand that everyone’s taste is a little different. For health and safety reasons, we cannot process returns or exchanges. For a replacement or refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, email address used to purchase, and reason for request. For returns on orders over $75, the customer will be responsible for shipping the unopened/unused items back. All requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
We accept credit card payment through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as well as Shop Pay and Google Pay.
Third Party Retailer Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
If you are unhappy with a product purchased at one of our awesome retailers, you must return the item to their store for exchange or replacement. Please contact the retailer directly with your proof of purchase.
