What is your return policy on perfume?

You're welcome to return your perfume bottle if it's unopened 😊 Our return policy states that all return shipping must be paid for by the customer. Make sure to send us the tracking information once it's been sent!

Tip: make sure to cushion the inside of the package - the bottles are fragile and we cannot refund broken product.

What is hazmat? Why can't it be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or a PO Box?

Some of our products (made with compressed air or containing alcohol) are regulated as hazardous materials (i.e. “Hazmat”) when shipping. You don’t need to worry about what’s inside the products—those are made with good stuff.

Can I swing by your Concept Shop?

Of course! Our shop is located right by our Encinitas Office and is open Monday-Saturday from 10 am-4 pm ☀️

When will I get my perfume shipped to me?

Due to an increased volume of orders, shipping will be a bit delayed :)
