Is Spray Sunscreen as Effective?
Yep—as long as you use it right. Sunscreen sprays have the same active ingredients as lotions, so they work just as well at blocking UV rays. The key? Make sure you’re applying enough. A quick mist won’t cut it—you’ve gotta spray a generous amount and let it dry properly. Windy day? Try spraying it into your hands first and rubbing it in to make sure you're fully covered. When applied correctly, sunscreen spray is just as solid as any other sunscreen.
Can You Still Tan With Mineral Sunscreen?
Yep, kinda. Mineral sunscreen blocks most of the UV rays that burn your skin, but a little bit of UVA still gets through, which means you might get a slight tan over time. But here’s the thing—tanning is still sun damage, even if it looks good in the moment. If you love that sun-kissed glow, keep in mind that it can also lead to wrinkles and sun spots over time.Play it smart, wear your sunscreen, and maybe just go for a bronzer instead.
