Kids Contest 2023: Artist Inspiration
Our first-ever Kids Art Contest has wrapped, and it was nothing short of epic. Thank you to everyone who entered! After judging hundreds of entries, we landed on these 5 as the winners.
Check 'em out and what inspired their masterpieces.
Norah (Age 6):
“Me and Sonny share ice cream on a sunny day. Sonny, ice cream, and rainbows are my favorite”.
Henry (Age 8):
“I wanted Sonny, the gorilla, on a surf board because you wear sunscreen at the beach. Also, I wanted to paint the sky!”
Mai Lan (Age 11):
"When I think of summer, I think of swimming in the ocean, sea creatures, collecting seashells, and having fun in the sun."
Gaby (Age 12):
"What inspired me to make my drawing was my love of candy and sweets. Sun Bum to me smells like bananas and I love banana flavored everything. So, to incorporate banana candy and baked goods felt like a must to include in my drawing."
Connor (age 12):
“Sun Bum products are designed to protect people and not harm the earth’s environment. In the past few years Sun Bum has expanded its products from sunscreen to now include hair, skin, and lip products. With my drawing, I wanted to show the future of Sun Bum is limitless. I drew Sonny on the moon, watching over earth.”
