"I had been contemplating buying the Texturizing Surf Paste as I am a bit of a paste snob. The hold was perfect for my pixie cut giving my hair a nice texture. The paste's texture is different than what I am used to but I have continuted to use it since returning home from vacation and have fallen in love with it. Will buy again. My husband also loves it and he is also a paste snob!"
"I LOVE almost everything about the Surf Paste. What I love is the smell for sure! I do love the style I can achieve with it! But… The texture is a BIG problem. I’ll explain. I’ve purchased several containers of your product to be sure I have it on hand if it is ever discontinued (surf paste by Garnier Fructis). It appears that over time, your product turns in a very thick wax instead of the creamy texture it has when it’s new. The texture it becomes is very hard (no pun) to manage in styling my hair. I suppose I’ll have to just use my remaining supply and just replace when I need it as it looks like the shelf life is going prevent me from keeping a stock. I included a picture of the four I have and you can actually see a change in color from the newest one on the left to the oldest one on the right."
